Every breed has a published starting price and two ways to be pampered: the Signature Experience and The Lavish Experience. The starting price covers the time set aside for your dog's breed and size. If they need more time, it's billed at your breed group's hourly rate.

De-Shed Bath
Built for heavy shedders: a deep de-shed treatment to loosen undercoat, followed by high-velocity drying and a full brush-out. Your dog leaves lighter, cleaner, and way more comfortable.

Just the Wash
A simple, feel-good bath for dogs who don't need a haircut but still deserve to smell great. Quality products, warm water, and a little extra attention.

Signature or Lavish
Every groom is one-on-one with a dedicated stylist. The experience you choose sets the products and the pampering. Your breed and size set the starting price and the time we set aside.
The starting price covers the time set aside for your breed and size. Time beyond that is billed at your breed group's hourly rate ($75–$115/hr by breed group).
Giant breeds book by phone so the team can plan the visit. Smooth-coat and flat-price bath breeds (Labs, Cattle Dogs, and friends) keep their current pricing until they join the new model.

No dematting fees and no special-handling fees. Time is the only variable: sessions that run past the allotted time bill at your breed group's hourly rate.
We never force a painful brush-out. Badly matted or pelted coats may need a shorter, humane cut, and we'll always talk through the plan first. A short, healthy coat is always better than a painful one.
15-minute grace period after your pickup notification, then $2 per minute. Your dog is ready to go home!
What to expect
Transparency is always our policy.
All appointments are booked online or by phone. We ask that you book in advance, as our schedule fills quickly, especially on weekends.

We understand things come up. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No prepayment is required.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A brief check-in helps us understand your dog's needs and any changes since their last visit.

We always prioritize your dog's comfort and skin health. If matting is present, we'll discuss the kindest approach, which may include a shorter clip for safety.
