Every dog is different, so our pricing is based on time, size, coat type, and condition. Not a flat rate. This lets us give your dog exactly the attention they need.

Full Groom
Our signature service: coat prep, bathing, conditioning, drying, trimming, and detailed finishing. One stylist from start to finish, with a plan built around your dog's coat and comfort.

De-Shed Bath
Built for heavy shedders: a deep de-shed treatment to loosen undercoat, followed by high-velocity drying and a full brush-out. Your dog leaves lighter, cleaner, and way more comfortable.

De-shed services come in three tiers depending on what your dog needs:
Just the Wash
A simple, feel-good bath for dogs who don't need a haircut but still deserve to smell great. Gentle products, warm water, and a little extra attention.
Nails, partial blow-dry, and upgrade treatments available as add-ons
Time-based, not flat-rate
Hourly rates on full service grooming appointments ensure your dog gets the time they need.
Quick visits between grooms
Short, focused appointments to keep your dog tidy and comfortable.
Enhancements & additional care
Gentle enhancements for healthy skin, coat, and comfort.

What to expect
Transparency is always our policy.
All appointments are booked online or by phone. We ask that you book in advance, as our schedule fills quickly, especially on weekends.

We understand things come up. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No prepayment is required.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A brief check-in helps us understand your dog's needs and any changes since their last visit.

We provide a 15-minute grace period after your pickup notification. After that, a late fee of $2/minute applies.

We always prioritize your dog's comfort and skin health. If matting is present, we'll discuss the best approach, which may include a shorter clip for safety.
- Matting removal is billed at $2/minute
- Severely pelted coats require a smooth shave ($30/hr surcharge on top of base rate, typically $100–140/hr total)
- We will never force a brush-out that causes pain or stress
- A short, healthy coat is always better than a painful one
- We'll always discuss the plan before proceeding
